180515 mail headline change

Apparently, yesterday’s Daily Mail headline (see above) wasn’t good enough and had to be modified, now reading as follows:

Anti-Semitic songwriter who claims the Holocaust is ‘meaningless’ and Auschwitz is a ‘theme park for fools’ deliberately targeted Jews because of their faith, court hears

Who, I wonder, is responsible for such additions? Tellingly, below the article, we can also read: “Sorry we are not currently accepting comments on this article.” Are our predators feeling emboldened by Jez Turner’s conviction?

Free expression or permitted opinion: that is the choice – the conviction of Jez Turner

Yesterday Jeremy Bedford-Turner known as Jez Turner was convicted at Southwark Crown Court in London of inciting racial hatred during a speech he gave in 2015 outside Downing Street . In this speech he attacked Jewish influence, most particularly, the Met Police’s support for and enablement of a Jewish security organisation known as the Shomrim . He was sentenced to 12 months, six of which will be served in prison and the rest on licence.

Double bill tomorrow in court ~ see you there!

It’s been an exciting although somewhat tiring weekend. Up with the lark yesterday, Eurostar to Paris to attend the IVth Forum de l’Europe where I had been invited to speak in the afternoon and sing in the evening. Today, Sunday May 13th, I also attended a Parti Nationaliste Français demo in honour of St Jeanne d’Arc.

As and when reports arrive I will share more information and hopefully a couple more photos and videos.

The pace remains intense as tomorrow, Monday May 14th I will be back at Westminster Magistrates for the umpteenth time. Rendez-vous at the usual place and time.

Surely no cohencidence [sic] that Jez Turner will be in the dock at the same time also tomorrow morning at Southwark Crown Court for the judge’s final summing-up? A verdict is expected at 2pm.

Barrister Adrian Davies is no stranger to pressure, and your support at both hearings would be greatly appreciated. Let’s have two full public galleries for this double bill and show the powers-that-be that we will not be intimidated.

First, they came for the patriots…

Patriots in court for telling the truth need your support

*Scroll down for update

As censorship and repression intensify, aided and abetted by our puppet politicians and conniving media, more patriots face criminal charges, for simply being patriots and telling the truth.

In Germany, Horst Mahler, Monika Schaefer and now Ursula Haverbeck are already behind bars for speaking their minds. Monika’s brother, Alfred, was also charged and fined last week in Dresden for a speech he gave in 2017 which aimed to raise public awareness of the lies and deception forced on all of us – but in particular on the German people – since the end of WW2.

Here in Britain, the trial begins today of London Forum chairman, Jez Turner, for a speech he gave in 2015 at a protest against the Shomrim Jewish police force. No other population group is permitted to have its own vigilante police force: why are Jews being granted special privileges?

Britons awake! This trial isn’t about me, it’s about all of us

They came from far and wide in defiance of this latest assault on our freedoms. From Lancashire, Liverpool, Scotland and all the way from Canada – thank you Mr Fromm! The media coverage was glorious – mostly down to so many turning up in support, me being handed flowers outside court and general media astonishment at my songs being played inside court. And no, I certainly did not sing along – nor did I mouth the words. Where this fake news originated I have no idea – perhaps a reaction to my song Find Me Guilty? In particular, the line:

I’ll sing my way to court in high heels and a frock
Give the press a winning smile from inside the dock!

Court decision on complex legal arguments will be made next month

Firstly, a huge thank you to the 25 brave souls who turned up at yesterday’s hearing in support. Thanks also to those of you who weren’t able to be there but sent messages and donations.

It was a great boost to see familiar, friendly faces in the public gallery vastly outnumbering the opposition. Indeed, as proceedings began, we were informed of a request made by Crown key witnesses, CAA’s Gideon Falter and Stephen Silverman. Both men had originally intended to be present in the public gallery yet neither turned up. Instead, CAA minion, Anthony Orkin, was again in attendance with just a couple of others, including the man seen on the far left of the photo below:

171017 shomrim CAA DerbysPCC 1

Gideon Falter of the Campaign Against Antisemitism along with representatives of other Jewish organisations including Shomrim held a meeting last week in London with Labour’s Hardyal Dhindsa, Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner, to discuss hate crime.

Perhaps the fact that Derbyshire Constabulary last week finally returned my laptop is one of the reasons why Falter and Silverman failed to turn up? Who knows? But in light of the CPS barrister’s announcement, both were highly conspicuous by their absence.

The Crown also requested that my barrister, Adrian Davies, be the first to present submissions in relation to the complex legal arguments surrounding my case. As already explained, the charges (now five) which I face concern sending or causing to be sent a grossly offensive message under the Communications Act. I won’t go into much detail here. Suffice it to say that I was brilliantly defended by Mr Davies.

After hearing both sets of submissions, Judge Zani informed the court that he would give a decision in writing after studying the points of law discussed. He also scheduled yet another preliminary hearing on November 20th when his decision will be made public. The judge also made it clear that, at this current stage of events, he would still be inclined to keep the January 10th trial date.

Judge Zani explained that the reason for still wishing a trial to go ahead would be to hear my case not only on points of law (whether sharing a URL constitutes an offence under the Act) but also on facts, namely, the content of my songs. I, for one, shall look forward to the Crown’s star witness coming to the defence of Irene Zisblatt, Elie Wiesel, Otto Frank and the already-debunked war propaganda lies of Jews being turned into bars of soap, etc., etc.

It is quite strange to consider that in the case of Judge Zani agreeing with the Defence submission and therefore ruling that I would not have committed any offence under the Act, I may nevertheless still be sent to trial. However, the judge’s decision in this matter, quite rightly, is meant to avoid further eventual hearings pending appeals. If the judge agrees with the Crown’s submission concerning points of law, then I can and will appeal.

Judge Zani then went on to discuss bail conditions. The Crown – no doubt under pressure from the usual suspects – unsuccessfully tried to impose tighter address restrictions. Mr Davies also announced our intent to sue for abuse of process following my arrest and detention earlier this month.

My arrest and subsequent charge for yet another of my songs was the result of a witness statement made by former Zionist Federation co-vice chair, Jonathan Hoffman, who – as we saw last July – has already attempted to prejudice my case on more than one occasion. As a result of Mr Hoffman’s interference, the Crown announced yesterday that he would not make a credible witness. Key evidence relating to the new charge is now solely confined to a similar statement made by Stephen Silverman aka Bedlam Jones. On this matter, I shall leave readers to make up their own minds.

For some real discussion of my case and seeing as the Mainstream is failing in its task to inform the British public of this highly newsworthy event, I shall again be a guest on tonight’s edition of Radio Aryan’s Daily Traditionalist with Matthew Heimbach and Florian Geyer. The show starts at 5 pm BST and, hopefully, the audio quality this time will enable listeners to better hear my story. Big thanks to Sven Longshanks for organising this.

Another important case concerning our Cause begins next Monday October 30th, 1.30 pm at the same magistrates court in London for Jez Turner‘s preliminary hearing. The more people who turn out in support the better. Wear a pair of sunglasses and eventually a hat if you are afraid of photographers.

Response to Matt Broomfield in The Independent

Broomfield did not have the courage to publish my comment below his article which appeared late last Sunday. Suspecting this might be the case, I made a copy. Firstly, here’s Broomfield’s section about me:

170507 alison independent

My unpublished comment:

As Matt Broomfield would appear to have sympathy for the plight of the Palestinian people, it seems rather strange that he omits to mention references I made about Palestine in my songs and in my talk.

In fact, no doubt relying on memory, Broomfield also manages to misquote, misinterpret and mislead in regard to what I actually said that day. My performance was scripted and was filmed – although not uploaded to YouTube for reasons of jurisprudence.

I most certainly did not say I was in trouble “just for writing a few songs offensive to Jews”, nor did I add any “Come on!” following my remark about Professor Faurisson’s 88th birthday in Vichy.

Most perplexing of all is that this meeting took place three months ago in February, which perhaps partly explains Broomfield’s misquotes and omissions. The judge mentioned recused herself over a month ago and although I am certainly still on bail, this is not the same as being ‘out’ on bail.

Rather than play Kosher Brother, perhaps Broomfield could have investigated why British police closed their investigation into the online harassment and death threats I’ve received since 2015 – investigation closed just two weeks before I was arrested by the same police force for writing a couple of songs? Now that would have been some proper journalism – rather than the poisonous garbage he chooses to spread here.

Then again, Broomfield perhaps believes my grandfather, great-grandfather and countless others who died fighting for this country were fighting so that Brits would face prosecution in their own land for writing satirical songs which upset Jews? Would the author also argue that these men fought and died in order to give queer men the right to marry and adopt children?

And for all those on this thread rambling on and on about the ‘Holocaust’, why not show some proof – or at least accept an honourable debate – rather than trying to criminalise opinions.

Update: will Tommy ‘none of my friends and family are white’ Robinson be turning up at Broomfield’s house with a video camera?
